WEB SITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Through our 6 Step Web Site Design Process, we provide our clients with a responsive web site (automatically adjust to the screen size of mobile or desktop devices) that will get you noticed, work for you 24/7, and give you world-wide exposure.
Testing & Debugging
Determine the goals of the web site, domain name(s), navigation structure, generate content and other information needed to complete the project. Based on the information collected, a proposal will be developed with cost estimate and upon approval the contract will be signed.
Determine color scheme, create or acquire photos and/or graphics, develop user friendly navigation structure, create draft designs and develop other creative elements for the overall layout and “look and feel” of the web site.
Program the web site, install, configure and set up the database and/or Content Management System (if applicable) and integrate the approved design and layout. Periodically consult with the client to show and discuss the progress during the development process.
Testing & Debugging
Test the web site in multiple browsers to ensure compatibility. Test for ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance and responsive design (ensures that the web site will adjust to the screen size of the device on which it is being accessed).
FTP/Upload the web site files and database(s) onto the hosting server to allow access over the Internet. After the launch 30 days of free web site maintenance is provided to address any issues that may arise once the site is being regularly accessed by the public (this only applies to tasks within the original scope of the project).
Once the web site is launched, a maintenance contract can established for on-going updates to your web site. We can make modifications or update the web site on a non-scheduled basis as requested or on a regularly scheduled basis (i.e. daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). Hourly and flat rates are available.
