Specifications
- A free 30-minute consultation is required to determine the requirements and scope of the project.
- Each package can be paid over a period of 12 months or less after the contract is signed (payment schedule will be outlined in the contract).
- A deposit is required to begin the project and a monthly payment plan will commence after the first month until the full balance is paid. Automated recurring billing is required.
- The digital archive software, Omeka Classic or Omeka S, can be installed on your existing hosting server provided that the operating system is compatible and there is enough hard drive space to accommodate the digital archive. Web hosting services are available through Sirius Web Solutions.
- Metadata creation assistance will be provided to ensure detailed descriptions and search functionality.
- 2 hours of digital archive management/maintenance training will be provided. Additional training hours can be provided for an additional fee.
- NOTE: These packages do not include digitization services (i.e. scanning, photography, etc.), archive storage materials or cloud-based backup storage. We can refer you to reputable experts/companies for these services.
Bronze Package

Silver Package
- Maximum number of digitized items: 700
- Deposit Required: $700.00
- Monthly Payments for 11 months: $300.00 per month

Gold Package
- Maximum number of digitized items: 2000
- Deposit Required: $2,000.00
- Monthly Payments for 11 months: $500.00 per month
- Total Contract Amount: $7500.00
NOTE: For archives containing over 2000 digitized items, a custom package can be created after the initial consultation.
